2-3 Handfuls Mixed Dark Greens, 1/4 yellow pepper, 1/4 orange peppers, 1/8 chile poblano, 1/2 Roma tomato, 1 inch of the cucumber.
1/8 cup Sugar Free Orange Marmalade 1/2 Tbsp White Wine Vinegar
1/2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1/2 tsp Dijon Mustard
Sea salt & Pepper to taste
1/2 cup Blackberries, 1 Tbsp Splenda. Blend together
- Dressing is for 4 Cooked Boneless skinless cut up Chicken Breasts
- Add the whole berries when ready to eat.
- Salad Ingredients: Topping berry chicken mixture.
Pour on top of salad:
*Optional add an extra 1/4 c of whole Blackberries and 2 Tbsp roasted slivered almonds. Toss it all together and enjoy!
