- Stay away from Starches
- Eat Veggies
- Do not eat or drink anything with sugar
- Eat Lean Protein
- Walk 1 hour every day
- 3 x per week do weights
- Meal prep 1 day per week for the week, freeze and heat for handy healthy meals on hand.
- Do not have any junk food in the house.
- Keep only healthy snacks on hand:
Example: Green Apples, Almonds, Raw Veggies, Protein Powder, Berries, Almond Butter, Grapefruit
