1. Stay away from Starches
  2. Eat Veggies
  3. Do not eat or drink anything with sugar
  4. Eat Lean Protein
  5. Walk 1 hour every day
  6. 3 x per week do weights
  7. Meal prep 1 day per week for the week, freeze  and heat for handy healthy meals on hand.
  8. Do not have any junk food in the house.
  9. Keep only healthy snacks on hand: 

    Example: Green Apples, Almonds, Raw Veggies, Protein Powder, Berries, Almond Butter, Grapefruit

  10.  Do not drink anything but Water Tip* Add   lemon to help cut fat and make your body Alkaline.
